COST OF AN ELECTRICAL COC
The inspection fee and the cost of repairs are not necessarily the same thing.
The cost of obtaining an electrical Certificate of Compliance can depend on the property, the electrical installation and whether any defects are found during the inspection. The inspection establishes the condition of the installation. If remedial work is required, that work should be identified and quoted separately before a certificate can be issued.

WHY THE FINAL COST CAN VARY
