ONE LIST. ONE PLACE TO START.
Tell us what needs attention. If the list includes plumbing, electrical, waterproofing or another specialist requirement, we can arrange the appropriate trade as part of dealing with the work.

Give us the full maintenance list and photographs where they help explain what needs to be done.
02 · ASSESS
We separate straightforward handyman work from items requiring a specialist trade.

The appropriate people deal with the agreed repairs and maintenance items.
04 · FINISH
Outstanding agreed items can be dealt with before the maintenance work is considered complete.
WHEN A HANDYMAN IS NOT ENOUGH
A handyman is useful for many household repairs, but electrical, plumbing, waterproofing and structural work may need the appropriate specialist rather than a general maintenance solution.
Wiring faults, DB work and other electrical requirements should be handled by the appropriate electrical trade.
Concealed leaks, drainage problems and more involved plumbing repairs may require a plumber.
Persistent leaks and damp problems often need the source of the water to be identified before repairs are carried out.
Structural alterations or concerns may require suitable building or professional input before work proceeds.
COMMON JOBS AROUND THE HOME
Tell us which doors stick, which handles are loose and whether the problem changes after wet weather. Include photographs of damaged hinges or fittings.
For wall-mounted shelves and fittings, tell us the wall type if known, the item dimensions and whether any existing fixing points have come loose.
Include rusted exterior fittings, weathered timber and recurring damp marks in your list. We first establish whether a repair or specialist assessment is needed.
Show us peeling paint and damaged finishes, and note any ongoing moisture problem. Repainting alone may not deal with the underlying cause.
HOMEOWNER QUESTIONS
Yes. A combined list is usually the easiest way to show us what needs attention around the property.
No. Describe the problem and we can determine whether it is normal handyman work or needs a specialist.
Yes where practical. Photographs can help us understand the problem and the likely work involved.
If additional work becomes necessary, it should be identified and discussed rather than simply added to the original job.
