A QUOTE SHOULD CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING BASIC INFORMATION:
• Prices per trade eg. So much for electrics, so much for painting, so much for plastering, etc.
• What is included or not eg. Labour/installation only
• If material supplied the grade eg. Builders grade paint or plascon valvet
• Contractor to specify what is included and what is not included
• Deposit required – ideally no more than 50%
• Payment points thereafter
• Larger jobs should always be reduced to a building agreement
