Bamboo is very durable and 50% harder than oak. Our bamboo comes in two colors, natural/blond and carbonized/caramel. The natural color of bamboo is a yellowish blond and when steamed (carbonized) it becomes a deep caramel color.
The floors are pre-finished with 3 coats of UV cured urethane varnish. This is very durable and is available in both gloss and matt finishes.
Different installations methods can be used for bamboo flooring. These include glue down, floating and nail down.
